I am receiving a pasing error when I try to fax and when I turn my printer/fax off. The printer works fine-no errors. I have plenty of disk space. Nothing has changed recently. I can scan and print with no problem. I think some file is fighting with Windows to use that .xml file, but I don't know how to fix/repair it. Please help!!5 people need an answerI do too

The paper runs through but nothing comes out. I am satisfied with the HP printers quality but I have had a few software issues and I am getting theParsing error in file C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\hpqscloc\1033.xml meassage. with the hpqsdoc being slightly different than the one posted above.I get this message even when I am trying to get into the HP Solutions on my computer and of course it won't let me do anything to repair it.Of course this will have me look for another non-HP printer next time if it keeps acting up.

Uninstall your HP software / device, reboot, reinstall latest software / drivers from HP site as per HP's printer installation instructions
